Our brand new website will go live in December which presents Rickard Keen in a new and modern light. The website also incorporates our new strapline “Intentionally Different” which seeks to put our firm forward into the business community with an image and message that we are different from the run of the mill accountancy firm.
The website continues to attract over 1,000 unique visitors and sits high in the Google rankings four our keywords. |

Social Media

Our blogging and tweeting continues and we are now looking to actively market our social media presence – another initiative which we feel sets us apart from other local firms. The New Year will see the social media logos added to our email footers and we will also be including them on our future printed materials.
We are also updating our LinkedIn profiles this month in an effort to generate greater links and referrals using this platform. |

We continue to be featured in the local press and the latest releases can be viewed on the website. Cuttings of published releases are held in the reception area |

Niche Markets
 |
Our focus continues in generating new clients from the Farming, GP, UK Subsidiary and Legal sectors. A mailing to GP’s will be followed up by phone calls in December, a copy of the new Overseas Aspects Newsletter will be mailed to UK Subsidiaries and the new legal case study brochure will be mailed to legal firms in January.
We also ran an event for Farmers in November which attracted over 40 attendees and we plan to introduce a new Agriculture based newsletter from January 2011 to keep the communication lines open with this market sector. |

The next edition of the RKFS newsletter is being produced at the moment and will be issued in January. |

Tax Services
 |
As part of our ongoing plans to promote our tax planning expertise a series of newswires geared towards tax planning initiatives will be running from February next year. Our first edition went out in November 2010. |

Client Satisfaction

Clients of Rickard Keen have once again given the firm positive feedback in a customer satisfaction survey.
The group interviewed was comprised of Cockbill Construction Limited, Downes Veterinary Surgeons, WG Fuller Limited, Systematics International Limited and Mr Richard Baker. |
Overall, all of these clients did not believe that the way in which the Rickard Keen team worked with them could be improved, and our staff were described as “always helpful”. We also scored full marks in terms of the level of contact provided by post, email or phone.
In addition, all but one of these clients would definitely recommend us to their business contacts if they were looking for a new accountant, and the remaining one said they might do so.
Using a scoring system in which one represented poor and five excellent, Rickard Keen received a five from 60 percent of the participants for their satisfaction with the service we provide, with the remaining 40 percent giving the firm an approval rating of four. |
