New Business Direct Targeting
 |
Audit clients of the Top 20 firms (excluding the big 4) in our area continue to be a prime target in our campaigns. Within this market we have an opportunity to offer a local, responsive and more cost effective service. Our next mailing to these targets is scheduled for March as part of an on-going “drip, drip” campaign to keep the name Rickard Keen high with them. |
We have produced a new “Business Services” brochure which will be sent with the next mailing to the audit client targets as well as being used to target businesses on the Southfields Business Park as part of our programme to win new clients for the Basildon office. The brochure promotes services such as bookkeeping, online accounting, payroll and other related management services and we have also updated the website to more highly promote these services.
We are also conducting direct mail campaigns to target our specialist niche market sectors more effectively. Letters have been produced for targeting medical practices, legal firms, aviation based industries and UK subsidiaries of foreign parent companies.
Tax services continue to be promoted this year with campaigns aimed at high net worth individuals and business owners and for a more holistic approach the introduction of Rickard Keen Financial Services to these targets.
