Measuring client satisfaction continues to be an important part of the marketing and each month we conduct surveys with a selection of clients who have received their final accounts in the preceding month. The survey identifies any issues they may have with our service and also provides a platform to express their positive comments about us.

Clients of Rickard Keen have consistently given the firm positive feedback in a customer satisfaction survey.
The group interviewed was comprised of Martells of Sutton Limited, Stanley Marsh & Co Limited, Mr Jonathan Kenworthy, C-Fit Flooring Specialists, Hall Road Properties, Chelmsford Radio Limited, RCH Heating & Plumbing Limited, Southend Carers' Forum, H Cottis & Son and Mr Bernard Gooding.
Overall, all of these clients did not believe that the way in which the Rickard Keen team worked with them could be improved. In addition, everyone was satisfied with the level of contact provided by post, email or phone.
We also scored full marks in terms of clients being willing to recommend us to their business contacts if they were looking for a new accountant. In fact, more than 20 percent commented that they had already recommended us many times.
Using a scoring system in which one represented poor and five excellent, Rickard Keen received a 5 from all participants for their satisfaction with the service we provide.
