- Good feedback on content for both budget breakfasts. Some problems with viewing in Sands due to position of screen in relation to pillars. Business cards were collected and these will be put on contact/eshot list. A suggestion was made for 12 to be selected and sent new RK DVD.
- SME event invitations were sent out on 15th April. (This is the breakfast being hosted by ourselves, Natwest and Wortley Byers) in Basildon in June
- Business Relay Race has been confirmed as Tuesday 20 September 1830 start finish around 2030. This is an RK event so partners would like managers to attend and as many of the team as possible to get involved.
- ICAEW District Award: We have submitted two entries; Firm of the Year and Training Firm of the year. NCK to advise whether we are finalists round – in which case we will be visited and judged.

Special note for Managers: We need to identify clients who fall into the categories of:
- (1) poor record keepers

Please review your department and liaise with appropriate client partner for how to follow up each case individually.
