On 20 September Rickard Keen’s Business Relay will be taking place at Clifftown Parade in Southend-on-Sea. The 10km relay for teams of five people will commence at 6.30pm and it costs just £25 to enter. Each participant will receive a medal and goodie bag for taking part!
