• Sage Workshop End of Payroll Year  – 15 March – run by Darren and Hayley. Good feedback from clients.  More planned for later in the year – possibly June in respect of management reporting in Sage line 50.
• NCK is  presenting at Basildon Business Breakfast taking place at Wat Tyler Park  on 23 March.  The theme is “Surviving in Recession”.
• Both budget breakfasts are taking place simultaneously  on 24 March – Sands in Southend and Kingswood in Basildon.  Draw at each venue for Ipad. Feedback will be given after next meeting.
• 15 June SME breakfast event will be held with RK, Wortley Byers and Natwest.  The venue is the Holiday Inn Basildon.  The theme is “Planning for Success”.
• ICAEW District Award: we are now entering under 2 categories –Training firm of the year and Firm of the year.  JEC will prepare entries.

• Flier being prepared in respect of the HMRC crackdown on poor record keeping clients.  This will be aimed initially at plumbers researching all in SS postcode..  This will be sent out in March.
• Photoshoot for new partner group and managers plus Pete and Jamie for Press release – booked for 22 March.
• New business cards being designed by JEC to reflect “intentionally different” theme.
