- We have had a mention in the Echo in respect of the two awards we are finalists for (Firm of the Year and Training Firm of the year). Also, Pete’s promotion to Associate has been picked up by South Essex Business and will appear this month.

Website Update: In line with the new rules for LLPs the website has been tweaked to ensure that we comply with them.
There was discussion about the professional qualifications that will appear on the website and these will be restricted to financial qualifications.

Website Stats: 750 unique hits last month mostly via Google. Partner page is the most popular. We are also receiving hits via LinkedIn and Facebook.
- It was noted that we had different spellings of “Advisers” and “Advisors” on letterhead and on the web – so for continuity throughout we will “Advisors” from now on.

- New style business cards have been approved and will be rolled through the firm as new supplies are ordered.
- Confirm the Plumbers Flyer has been mailed out

- Rebranding of forms (used for new clients) is now complete.
- Carrier bags – new style quotes being sought by Jo Elliott.

- Confirm that the RKFS newsletter has gone and another article is being prepared for distribution in July.
- Tax Newswire has also gone out. Next one is due July.
- Year End Mailings – Next one due June. JEC has suggested revised wording for the post year end letter (AW to approve) JEC showed us a Tax Services booklet produced for a Cumbrian Based client that we might tweak to suit RK. She felt this might add a bit of clout to the pre-year end letter (booklet and letter to AW for comment/approval).

- JEC queried whether we might include the changes to the Solicitors Accounts rules in the next newswire or have a seminar to explain them (or both). Noel will advise.
- There was a discussion about Tender documents. At present this is a PDF file. We need a master to work from/change. JE will produce a Word document which will be used and then sent to JEC for future documents.
- Next meeting is Friday 24 June.
