Cresidon Limited is a firm of builders and property owners based in Essex. They specialise in converting and improving properties for sale to a wide range of private clients.
Chairman of the firm John Peasnell runs the company from his home with his wife. They married in 1963, bought the first investment property in 1964 and have been growing the business ever since.
Rickard Keen helped to formally set up the company over 30 years ago. They were recommended to Mr Peasnell by a friend who was a client of theirs. Mr Peasnell was impressed at their in-depth knowledge of the industry he was working within.
Rickard Keen provide ad hoc advice to Mr Peasnell, and also complete annual accounts, in both a personal and corporate context.
“If they don’t know the answer to a question I ask, they will immediately work towards finding the answer and get back to me quickly,” he says. “They are a big firm in Essex and are highly respected. We have no doubts at all about them.”
