Successful start for Sage workshops
Rickard Keen staged a free workshop for users of Sage accountancy software during June, with the first of three sessions of hints and tips to help users get the most out of the package.
After a brief introduction by Darren Clarke, manager of Rickard Keen’s business services team, Sage representative June Horne gave a presentation on topics including data management, importing information and customising the software to suit the user.
Around 30 people attended and all provided positive feedback, saying the workshop had been extremely useful and they would be happy to attend a future event.
The firm became a Sage Accountant Partner last year, allowing it to offer training and support to clients, as well as discounts on Sage products, and staged its first workshop earlier this year on the subject of filing VAT returns online.
